Our cellar and Ales have been awarded the top Greene King Prize giving us entry into the Head Brewers club allowing us to supply you with some of the finest Ales.
We have a minimum of four ales on at any one time, with our resident Ales of Ruddles County 4.3% and Dark Star Hophead 3.6%. We make sure our guest ales are rotated, giving you a different taste of locality each time.
For those of you not a fan of traditional Ales, we have a variety of Lagers from around the world including, San Miguel, Peroni and Noble which sourced from our very own English shores available on draught. You can also enjoy a Cider or various bottled Lagers this is most popular in the summer time to be enjoyed on our front decking.
Our Wine list has been carefully selected to complement the flavours within our dishes in the restaurant.From the hills of Sussex, such as West Chiltington and Nutbourne to the fields of South America, our bar staff will ensure you receive a wine that suits you.
Our cocktails are re-created and rotated monthly, keeping in line with the weather and party months. The list is extensive and is mostly put together by our team. We understand that alcohol isn’t for everyone, so be sure to enjoy a wide range of soft drinks such as Belvoir Organic Presses or fresh fruit juices.
If it’s tea and coffee you’re looking for, our Coffee is supplied by Kendricks Coffee and our tea from Tea Pigs. The bar staff have also had excellent training to ensure you’re not disappointed with what you asked for.
